Kol Ami High Holiday Order Form 5778

We invite you to celebrate the High Holidays with Kol Ami!

Pricing:

All-Service Tickets: $290

Single Service Erev Rosh Hashanah: $165

Single Service Rosh Hashanah: $165

Single Service Kol Nidre: $180

Single Service Yom Kippur: $180

All Service Tickets for those 30 years old or younger: All we ask is you make a donation meaningful to you.

Prayer Books: $42

Yizkor Book: $125 for a full page, $20 per name
- All ticket orders submitted by September 8, 2017 will be mailed to you unless you choose to have them held at Will Call. All orders submitted after September 8 will automatically be held at Will Call.
- The deadline for Yizkor Booklet Entries is September 22, 2017.
- For those who order prayer books, a book plate will be mailed to you. At the High Holiday services, you can pick up your book by showing your book plate as proof of purchase. Prayer books will also be available for purchase at the High Holiday services.
- We try to subsidize tickets for those who are 30 year old and younger. We only ask these people to please give a donation amount of their choice to Kol Ami.
